摘要
碲锌镉靶材生产与使用过程中会产生大量的废料,采用氧化浸出的方法,使碲锌镉靶材中的锌和镉浸出进入溶液中,碲以单质的形式留在浸出渣中,碲的回收率达到95%,碲的纯度也达到99%以上,并且流程简单,全湿法回收,对环境无危害。
There will be a lot of waste materials in the production and use of cadmium zinc telluride target, Use the method of oxidizing acid leaching ,the zinc and cadmium will be enter into leach liquor and telluride will be stay in the leaching residue, the recovery rate of tellurium metal can be up to 95 %, the purity of telluride can be up to 99 %.This process has the advantage of simple equipment, all wet process, and the less environmental pollution.
