北京环境库兹涅茨曲线实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Environmental Kuznets Curve of Beijing

本研究选取北京市2005-2016年的经济与环境数据,建立北京市经济增长与主要污染物排放的计量模型,进行环境库兹涅茨曲线实证研究。结果表明,在一特定时间段内,北京环境库兹涅茨曲线不完全符合库兹涅茨曲线关系。近年来,北京通过非首都功能疏解、调整产业结构、加大环境治理,北京的主要污染物排放已经得到有效控制,环境质量明显改善。

Based on the data of 2005-2016 years＇ economic and environmental data of Beijing, this paper established a econometric model of Beijing＇s economic growth and main pollutants emission and conducts an empirical study of environmental Kuznets curve. The results show that in a given period of time, the Beijing environmental Kuznets curve is not completely consistent with the Kuznets curve. In recent years, Beijing has been effectively controlled by the non capital functions, adjusting the industrial structure and enhancing the environmental governance. The environmental quality of Beijing has been obviously improved.
