亚临界流体萃取番荔枝籽油工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:采用回流萃取的方法研究亚临界萃取番荔枝籽油的最佳工艺。方法:采用三因素三水平正交实验,考察萃取时间(min)、萃取温度(℃)、萃取压力(Mpa)对提取效果的影响,以泡番荔枝辛为指标确定最佳萃取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为萃取时间15 min,萃取温度45℃,萃取压力0.55 MPa。结论:采用回流萃取的方法进行亚临界提取,提取时间短,效率高,得到的泡番荔枝辛含量高,且萃取温度低,有利于保证泡番荔枝辛结构的稳定。 Objective To optimize the technology parameters of Annona Squamosa L.Seed Oil by subcritical butane and definite the optimal technology Mothods An orthogonal test was designed to select the optimal extraction conditions of Annona Squamosa L.Seed Oil by subcritical butane. The influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction pressure were investigated with the contents of Annona squanosa. Results The optimal conditions were deseribod as follows: extraction time was 15 min, extraction temperature was 45 ℃, extraction pressure was 0.55 Mpa. Conclusion The extraction method in optimal conditions by subcritical butane was simple, feasible and efficient.
