神经氨酸酶(neuraminidase)是流感病毒表面一种重要蛋白质,在病毒感染宿主细胞的过程中发挥着重要作用。神经氨酸酶抑制剂类药物可以有效的预防和治疗流感,本文通过综述近些年来神经氨酸酶抑制剂的研究进展,为后续神经氨酸酶抑制剂类药物的设计与开发提供一些帮助。

Neuraminidase, an important protein on the surface of influenza virus and plays a very important role in infecting the host ceil. Influenza can be cured effectively by neuraminidase inhibitors. The paper reviewed the advances of neuraminidase inhibitors to provide advices to design and explore new neuraminidase inhibitors latter.
