摘要 平台化合物在生物质资源的综合有效利用方面起着关键作用,作为重要的平台化合物之一,5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)可作为原料催化合成一系列有机化工中间体,因此,其制备成为研究热点。本文综述了由生物质经化学催化转化生产HMF的研究进展,根据转化过程中反应溶剂的差异,将目前的研究进展分为四部分进行介绍,并分析了各自的不足和需要解决的问题。此外,对其未来的发展方向进行了探讨,指出催化剂设计及稳定性、合适的反应体系和有效的分离提纯方法等问题仍需进一步研究解决。 Platform chemicals play key roles in comprehensive and effective utilization of biomass resources. As an important bio-based platform chemical, 5-hydroxymethryl furfural (HMF) could be the raw material of a series of organic chemical intermediates. Therefore, production of HMF has been a research hot topic. Here research progress in the production of HMF by chemical catalytic transformation of biomass was reviewed. The research progress was introduced based on four kinds of reaction media followed by the analysis of corresponding shortcomings and problems to be solved. Furthermore, the future development direction of HMF production was discussed. Catalyst design and stability, suitable reaction media and effective separation and purification approaches still need further research in order to realize the HMF production from laboratory to industrial scale.
