摘要 目前我国由于城镇化建设飞速发展,大量污染地块必须在短时间内开发,导致了修复工程成本较高,甚至出现过度修复的现象。针对这一特点,本研究以某染料厂修复工程为例,重点讨论如何根据地块规划设计和地质条件制定控制性修复方案,缩短修复进度,控制修复成本,为类似的污染场地开发提供借鉴。 At present, due to the rapid development of urbanization in China, large numbers of industrial contaminated sites must be developed into residential lands in a short time, resulting in unreasonable high cost remediation work. This paper took a remediation design project of a dyeing factory contaminated site as an example, focusing on how to design a risk control remediation plan according to the layout of house-building plan and hydrogeological condition, which can shorten the project period, as well as reduce the cost. It could provide good reference for the remediation of similar contaminated sites.
