摘要
为了降低急冷水悬浮固含量和总固含量,采取注入高温萃取剂和加大急冷水中催化剂外排的方法。急冷水催化剂外排除从旋液分离器进行外排,还进行过两次外排工艺改造,分别为排放到污水池和增加管线排放到污水处理厂,后一种方法减少了排放到污水池的沉积问题,也减少了风险,维持了急冷系统的长周期运行。
In order to reduce the suspended solid content and total solid content in quench water, take the method of injecting high temperature extraction agent and increasing catalyst efflux in quench water. Quench water from the catalyst from hydrocyclone elTlux, also conducted two efflux process transformation, discharged into the sewage tank and pipeline to increase emissions of sewage treatment plant. A method to reduce the deposition of sewage discharged into the pool, but also reduce the risk, maintain the long-term operation of the quench system.
