以竞赛促进“双创”型化工人才培养研究——以沧州师范学院为例

To Promote the Research of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” Chemical Talents Training by Competition——Cangzhou Normal University as an Example

合理利用竞赛资源可从多方面有力地促进应用型本科院校"双创"型化工人才培养改革。分析了高校在"双创"型人才培养中存在的问题,以沧州师范学院为例,对以竞赛促进"双创"型化工人才培养进行了初步探索。

The rational utilization of competition resources can effectively promote the reform of＂Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂ chemical talents training in applied universities. The problems of nniversities in the cultivation of＂Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂ talents are analyzed, taking Cangzhou normal university as an example, and a preliminary exploration is made on the competition to promote the cultivation of＂double-invasive＂ chemical talents.
