The smart home is a brand new home concept. Its system is an open system that integrates high-tech such as automation, internet and anti-theft so that the home network can he remotely controlled and centrally monitored. And this system can play its dominant role, mainly from cable television technology, therefore, this paper has studied the technology deeply and discussed its application status.
