当前移动新媒体迅速崛起,传统有线电视受到极大冲击。在这种趋势下,全国广电都在探索传统媒体与新媒体融合发展的道路,志在抢占和夺回用户收视市场。在此过程中,创新探索能进能出、能上能下、具有激励导向作用的现代化新型人才管理机制对广电媒体取得突破性的融合发展具有非常重要的作用。深圳广电集团旗下的CU公司通过"带任务"公开招聘、竞聘人才,创新岗位考核机制及结果应用,推行产品经理制和项目管理和奖励机制,积极转型升级,大力扩展强势业务,实现增收增效。
The traditional cable TV has been suffering great impact in the rapid growth of new mobile media. The national media corporations are exploring the integration of traditional media and new media development path, intended to seize and reclaim the user ratings market. The exploration of innovation plays a very impor- tant role in this process. CU Corporation, a unit of Shenzhen Media Group, promoted innovative approaches helping expanding strong businesses and increasing revenue with efficiency .
