氧疗对提升心内科患者吸氧依从率的临床研究

Clinical study of oxygen therapy in improving the compliance rate of oxygen inhalation in department of cardiology patients

目的探讨如何提升心内科患者吸氧依从率。方法选择2017年5月19日至2017年6月18日本院心血管内科5个病区根据病情需氧疗住院的91例患者为研究对象,根据患者吸氧不依从原因,制订提升患者吸氧护理方案。以2017年7月26日至2017年8月25日为护理后评估时间。调查临床吸氧不依从患者的情况及不依从原因,针对调查情况及不依从原因进行分析,根据分析结果采取相应的护理措施。结果症状缓解是患者吸氧不依从原因的最重要原因,占64.80%,其次为忘记(12.13%)和没效果(5.50%)。护理前吸氧依从率为89.50%,而护理后吸氧依从率为98.00%,完全不依从率31.90%降至5.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对原因采取有效的护理措施,能有效提升心内科患者吸氧依从率。

Objective To discuss how to improve the compliance rate of oxygen inhalation in department of cardiology patients. Methods From May 19,2017 to June 2017,91 patients treated by oxygen demand therapy in the 5 medical areas of the internal medicine department of the hospital were selected. According to the situation of the incompliant patients and the reasons for non-compliance,set up a nursing program for oxygen inhalation in patients. The period from July 26,2017 to August 25,2017 was used as a post nursing assessment time. Investigation of clinical oxygen from the patient and the reasons for non-compliance,according to the analysis of the investigation and the reasons for non-compliance,and take corresponding nursing measures according to the results of the analysis.Results The alleviation of the symptoms of patients is the most important reason for non-compliance,accounted for 64.80%,followed by the forgotten（ 12.13%） and no effect（ 5.50%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Taking effective nursing measures for these causes of the non-compliance can effectively improve the compliance rate of oxygen inhalation in department of cardiology patients.
