互联网现已成为人们学习、工作、生活的新空间和获取公共服务的新平台,大学生作为网络用户的主力军,其学习、交往、娱乐等行为与网络联系紧密。网络在为大学生提供便利的同时,也给大学生网络安全教育带来挑战。高校应从引导大学生树立网络安全观、健全高校网络安全教育管理机制、加强高校网络安全教育学科建设、提升高校网络安全教育工作者专业素养等方面增强大学生网络安全教育实效,为社会发展提供人才保障。

The Internet has become a new space for people to study, work and live, also a new platform to acquire public services. College students are mostly driving the internet market in all aspects. The Internet has no debt brought convenience to college students, while simultaneously bringing challenges to safety education in colleges and universities. Thus, aiming to transmit positive concept to students, colleges and universities should improve the management mechanism and strengthen subject construction of internet safety education, with higher professional accomplishment.
