摘要 介绍了右佐匹克隆中间体在制备过程中产生的4个关键杂质的合成方法,且所合成的化合物结构经HPLC、HRMS和NMR确证。 The method for the preparation of four key impurities in Eszopiclone intermediates was described.These four impuritities were synthesized and their structure were confirmed by HPLC, HRMS, and NMR.
