摘要
以双(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐和3,4-二氢-7-羟基-2-(1H)-喹啉酮为原料合成阿立哌唑。考察反应条件、温度、时间、原料配比对反应的影响,获得了优化反应条件。实验结果表明,相较对于文献,此法具有反应时间短、收率高的优势。
Aripiprazole was synthesized from bis (2-chloroethyl) amine hydrochloride and 3, 4-dihydro-7-hydroxy- 2-(1H) -quinolinone. The effects of reaction conditions, temperature, time and molar ratio on the reaction were investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The experimental results show that the process not only shortens the reaction time but also has a higher yield than the method reported.
