滑尺技术改善数字多道微分非线性

Sliding Scale Technology to Improve the Differential Nonlinearity of Digital Multi-channel Analyzer

摘要 为了改善数字多道系统的微分非线性,进一步提升系统的分析精度,在数字多道电路中植入滑尺技术,通过实际测试研究了滑尺技术对系统微分非线性的改善效果。结果表明,使用滑尺技术后系统的微分非线性得到明显改善,在滑移64道时系统的微分非线性由2.7%提高到1.1%。 In order to further improve the digital multi-channel analyzer analysis accuracy, the sliding scale technology is added to the digital multi-channel analyzer to improve the differential nonlinearity. And through the test the effect of sliding scale technology on the differential nonlinearity of the system is studied. The results show that the differential nonlinearity of the system can be improved significantly by using the sliding scale technology, and the differential nonlinearity is improved from 2. 7% to 1.1% when the sliding channel is 64.
