摘要
介绍了一款基于NI LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器开发平台设计开发的自动化上位机软件。软件针对低能离子能谱仪研制任务设计,具备仪器控制、数据获取解析以及实时状态监测等功能。软件的应用能够大大减少低能离子能谱仪调试、测试和试验过程中的工作量,提高了可靠性,保障了低能离子能谱仪研制工作的顺利进行。能谱仪应用本软件通过了所有调试、测试和试验,实验验证了软件的性能与可靠性。
Introduced a host computer software based on NI LabWindows / CVI virtual instrument development platform. The software is designed for low energy ion spectrometer development task, with instrument control, data acquisition and real-time status monitoring and other functions. The application of the software greatly reduce the workload of debugging, testing and experiments of low energy ion spectrometer, improves the reliability and ensures the smooth development of low energy ion spectrometer. Appling this software the spectrometer has passed all the debugging, testing of the experiments, Experiments verify the performance and reliability of the software.
