肺部肿瘤组织吸收^(60)Co射线剂量与距离相关性研究

Investigation on Correlation between Adsorbed Dose of ^(60)Co by Lung Tumor and the Distance

摘要 采用MC法,引入MIRD体模模型,通过改变放射源^(60)Co与人体的垂直距离,模拟计算肺部肿瘤组织剂量随距离因素的变化关系曲线。结果表明:理论推导模型计算的吸收剂量D随距离的增加呈现出下降的趋势,并且距离r的幂次方取值范围大约为1.9~2.1。模拟结果与理论计算误差在10%以内,说明该理论计算模型是一种有效可行、简单方便的剂量估算方法。 A simulation of dose of ^60Co adsorbed by lung tumor concerning the distance in between was performed by using Mont Carlo method and introducing MIRD body phantasms, meanwhile the curve of adsorbed dose against distance was conducted. The results showed that theoretical calculation in dose adsorption (D) drops with increasing distance (r), and the power of distance (r) should be located between 1.9 and 2. 1. The error between simulation and theoretical calculation is less than 10%, which indicates the theoretical calculation in this study is an effective and easy way to estimate the adsorbed dose.
