超声药物透入法对皮肤痛觉超敏的安全性和临床疗效观察 被引量:4

The safety and therapeutic efficacy of ultrasound drug infiltration on skin hyperalgesia

摘要 目的对比观察超声药物透入法和皮内注射法治疗带状疱疹引起的患者痛觉超敏的安全性和临床疗效。方法确诊为胸背部带状疱疹引起的痛觉超敏患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为3组(每组20例):超声药物渗入组(G组),在口服药物的基础上联合疼痛区域的超声药物透入治疗;皮内注射组(I组),在口服药物的基础上联合疼痛区域的皮内注射治疗;对照组(C组),单纯调整口服药物治疗。观察治疗后第1—7天的VAS和情绪评分(emotional scale,ES)的变化,记录副作用。结果3组治疗后VAS、ES均较治疗前降低,其中G组和I组治疗后各个时间点VAS、ES较治疗前显著降低(P〈0.05);与C组比较,G组和I组的VAS均显著降低(P〈0.05),其中G组ES较C组显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论超声药物透入法和皮内注射法均可明显改善带状疱疹引起的痛觉超敏现象。超声药物渗入法安全、无创且易于被患者接受,可在临床上推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the safety and therapeutic efficacy of ultrasound drug infiltration to alleviate the skin hyperalgesia which induced by herpes zoster. Methods Sixty patients with skin hyperalgesia, induced by herpes zoster, were randomly divided into three groups (n=20), respectively received ultrasound drug infiltration and oral drug (G group), intradermal and oral drug (I group), and oral drug treatment only (C group). Scores in visual analogue scale (VAS) and emotional scales (ES) were evaluated before and after treatment, and the adverse reactioils were recorded. Results Both VAS and ES scores in three groups decreased after treatment. VAS in G group and I group decreased significantly more than C group (P〈0.05). Decrease in ES scores in I group was significantly more than that in C group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Both ultrasound infiltration and intradermal injection of drug can rapidly alleviate the skin hyperalgesia induced by herpes zoster. The ultrasound drug infiltration had higher satisfactory rating than intradermal drug injection.
