摘要
背景瞬时受体电位锚蛋白1(transient receptor potential ankyrin1,TRPA1)是瞬时受体电位离子通道家族的成员,最早在对咳嗽的研究中被发现。最新研究表明,该通道几乎分布于各种组织,并参与多种疾病的发生与发展。目的总结分析TRPA1参与机体各种生理或病理功能的机制。内容介绍TRPA1的分布、结构及其在周围和中枢神经系统中的作用。趋向TRPA1可能是未来临床治疗疼痛的新靶点。
Background The transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) is a member of the Transient Receptor Ion Channel family, which was discovered in a study about coughing firstly. Some later investigations showed that TRPA1 is almost distributed in various tissues and is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. Objective To summarize and analyze the mechanism of TRPA1 participating in various physiological and pathological function of the body. Content The distribution, structure and their roles in peripheral and central nervous system were introduced. Trend TRPA1 may serve as a promising target for the treatment of pain in the future.
