低剂量A型肉毒毒素对动力性额横纹患者疗效的影响及其安全性分析

Curative effect and safety analysis of low-dose botulinum toxin A on dynamic cross striation

目的探讨低剂量A型肉毒毒素对动力性额横纹(dynamic cross striation,DCS)患者治疗疗效的影响及其安全性。方法选取自2014年12月至2016年6月治疗的86例动力性额横纹患者,依据随机表法分配原则,分为低剂量组和高剂量组,每组43例。低剂量组给予注射A型肉毒毒素20~35 U/ml,高剂量组给予注射45~60 U/ml;治疗后6个月采用动力性额横纹评分法评估皱纹情况。结果本组共86例患者,均经过1次A型肉毒毒素治疗。随访6~9个月,平均随访(6.95±1.05)个月。其中高剂量组、低剂量组有效率分别为95.35%,90.70%。高剂量组治疗后,动力性额横纹评分、药物起效、持续时间低于低剂量组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组不良反应发生率明显低于高剂量组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗动力性额横纹,低剂量组获得了近、远期的良好效果,且安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of low-dose botulinum toxin A（BTX-A） for patients with dynamic cross striation（DCS）. Methods Eighty-six patients with DCS were selected from December 2014 to June 2016. According to the principle of random distribution, all patients were divided into a low-dose and a high-dose group, 43 cases in each group. In the low-dose group, 20 to 35 U/ml of BTX-A was given. In the high-dose group, 45 to 60 U/ml of BTX-A was administered. The wrinkles were evaluated by the DCS scale. Results All patients achieved a one-time treatment of BTX-A and were followed up from 6 to 9 months with an average of（6.95±1.05） months. The therapeutic response rate of the high-dose group and the low-dose group was 95.35% and 90.70%, respectively.After treatment, the DCS score, drug effect, and retention time of the high-dose group were lower than those of low-dose group, but there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the low-dose group was significantly lower than that of the high-dose group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of DCS with BTX-A injection, the low-dose group obtained good results in the short and long term. These low doses are safe and effective, and worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
