摘要 基于澳大利亚海事安全局海事条例和法国船级社BV规范,对13 000m^2牲畜运输船结构设计的重点进行有针对性的研究,对比不同的骨架布置方案、横剖面布置、围栏设计及支柱加强方案的优缺点,得到合理、轻量化的布置方案。针对货舱目标区域,根据设计工况,进行有限元直接计算。根据计算结果,对初步设计方案提出修改意见,优化结构设计。 The study on key points of structure design of a 13 000 m^2 livestock carrier based on Australian maritime safety regulations and BV Class rule was given in the paper. Advantages and disadvantages were compared among different framing arrangements, cross section layouts, fence design and pillar reinforcement arrangements. Reasonable and optimized structure design was obtained. Cargo hold FEA was carried out for target areas based on design load cases. According to the calculation results, some suggestions were put forward on the initial design and the structural design was optimized.
