摘要
主要分析船舶主机车令与转速的对应关系。介绍了几种典型的柴油机推进装置遥控系统,重点是柴油机与定距桨连接的方式。针对柴油机与定距桨经减速齿轮箱传动的遥控系统,结合柴油机工作特性、推进轴系特性、齿轮箱特性、船员操纵性等影响要素,总结出车令挡位与转速的设定原则,并通过实船案例验证了该设定原则的合理性。
In this article,the relation between telegraph transmitter and main engine speed was analyzed. Several typical remote control systems of diesel engine propulsion systems were introduced. Emphasis was on the connection between diesel engine and fixed pitch propeller. For remote control system of diesel engine and fixed pitch propeller driven by deceleration gear box, setting up for telegraph transmitter position and main engine speed was determined based on different aspects such as the characteristic of diesel, propulsion shaft, gearbox and crew operation. The rationality of rule was validated by actual test of a real vessel.
