极地重载甲板运输船失电恢复的解决方案

摘要 极地重载甲板运输船是常年航行于北极冰区的电力推进船舶,其电力系统的可靠性对航行安全至关重要。介绍了极地重载甲板运输船的电力系统配置及运行工况,分析了DNV规范对电力系统失电恢复的要求及响应方法,研究了极地甲板运输船在失电恢复系统设计中遇到的特殊问题及多种解决方案,结合建造的实际情况,提出了该船失电恢复的设计原则以及实施过程中遇到的问题及解决方法。 Polar class heavy transport deck carrier vessel is an electric powered ship which sails in the Arctic ice year around. The reliability of its electrical system is critical for navigation safety. The electrical system configuration and operating conditions were shown and requirements from DNV rules to power system blackout recovery and response method were analyzed. The problem of power system blackout recovery was also analyzed and possible solutions were put forward. Considering actual construction process, the blackout recovery principal and solutions for issues raised during construction were presented.
