男性不育症很多情况表现为精液异常,少弱畸型精子症是常见的病因之一,李海松教授在治疗少弱畸型精子症时强调肾作为先天之本,藏精主生殖的作用,以补肾为基础,并根据"少精子症""弱精子症""畸形精子症"三者各自的特点,分别针对论治。少精症以肾虚血瘀为主,弱精子症则是肾虚血瘀之中侧重肾气不足,畸形精子诊治则多为阴虚有热兼夹血瘀,治疗时少精子症者以补肾活血为主,弱精子症可在此基础上增加补气之力,对于畸形精子症更多重视滋补肾阴、活血清热。

The male infertility is commonly manifested as dyspermia. Oligo-astheno-teratospermia is one of the common causative factors. In the treatment by Prof. Li Haisong,he emphasizes that the kidney is the congenital foundation,acting on storing essence and reproduction. The treatment is given in terms of the individual characteristics of oligospermia,asthenospermia and teratospermia. Oligospermia is differentiated as kidney deficiency and blood stagnation,asthenospermia as kidney qi insufficiency besides kidney deficiency and blood stagnation,and teratospermia as kidney deficiency together with heat and blood stagnation. In the treatment,for oligospermia,the treatment focuses on tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,for asthenospermia,tonifying qi should be enhanced additionally,and for teratospermia,the great attention should be paid to nourish kidney yin,activating blood circulation and clearing heat.
