运输时间和温度对生猪应激和猪肉品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 随着养猪业的不断发展,以及人们需求逐渐增高,猪肉的供应量无法适应市场的需求。在此基础上,更多的商家选择通过运输的方式来解决猪肉供应不足的问题,养猪场也选择采用运输的方式来补充仔猪或是引种外来种猪。这样使得猪肉的供应量和人们的需求量得以平衡,但与此同时,运输生猪成了近年来养殖业和相关人员关注的重点。如何在运输过程中控制运输温度、时间、季节以及环境条件等,才能保证猪肉的质量和新鲜度,需要克服运输中种种影响生猪应激以及猪肉品质的因素,生产好品质的猪肉,满足人民生活水平的需求。
