摘要 本研究通过测定不同程度低温胁迫下紫花苜蓿根颈中几种抗寒性物质含量变化,研究了秋季施用不同水平磷钾肥对沙地紫花苜蓿抗寒特性的影响.结果表明,钾肥可以更大程度地促进低温胁迫下苜蓿根颈中脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和淀粉的积累,且随着钾肥施用量的增加而增强;施用磷肥和磷钾肥配施在较低的施用量时可以增加苜蓿根颈中几种抗寒性物质的含量.秋季施用钾肥是提高苜蓿冬季抗寒能力的主要因子. The effects of different levels of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the cold resistance of alfalfa were studied by measuring the content of cold resistant substances in the roots and necks under different degrees of low temperature stress. Potassium fertilizer was found to greatly promote the accumulation of proline, soluble sugar,soluble protein and starch in the roots and necks under low temperature stress. With the increase of potassium fertilizer application, the amount of phosphate fertilizer and phosphorus potassium fertilizer application increased the content of several cold resistant substances in the roots. Application of potassium fertilizer in autumn was the main factor improving cold resistance of Alfalfa in winter.
