金黄色葡萄球菌溶血素研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自21世纪以来,金黄色葡萄球菌迅速成为国内外人畜受感染的重要致病菌,造成严重的感染与发病.随着人畜抗生素的滥用,多重耐药菌,甚至"超级细菌"产生的报道逐年增多,使得金黄色葡萄球菌成为重要的公共卫生安全问题而备受重视.因此,国内外学者为了能够有效预防金黄色葡萄球菌的危害,近年来针对金黄色葡萄球菌的致病因子进行了一系列的研究,尤其对其溶血素的研究报道较多,并获得了一些进展.本文主要对近年来国内外金黄色葡萄球菌溶血素研究状况作一综述和展望. Staphylococcus aureus has rapidly become an important bacterium infecting humans and animals world-wide,causing serious infection and disease. With the abuse of antibiotics in humans and animals, the reports of multi drug resistant bacteria and even"super bacteria"have increased yearly making it an important public health and safety issue.In order to effectively prevent Staphylococcus aureus-infections, the pathogenic factors of Staphylococcus aureus,particularly the role of hemolysin. The present research status of Staphylococcus aureus hemolysin is reviewed.
