构建影响户外探险群体成员知识分享因素之模式

摘要 目的:建立一个影响户外探险群体成员知识分享行为的理论模式,并验证模式的拟合度。方法:问卷调研法、访谈法,通过Amos分析212名调研对象的数据。结果:理论模式有较好的拟合度,户外探险群体成员的相互影响(β=0.22)、信任(β=0.18)、沟通(β=0.40)显著的影响其知识分享,相互沟通(β=0.16)、相互依赖(β=0.12)、已知比较水平结果(β=0.05)分别通过相互影响、信任中介变量间接影响知识分享,且都达显著水平。
