以“三跨模式”培养创新创业人才的探索与实践——以仰恩大学管理学院“三创精英班”为例

＂三跨模式＂是仰恩大学管理学院在国家创新创业政策指导下,本着＂因地制宜,科学统筹＂的原则,构建的一种创新创业人才培养模式。通过对＂三跨模式＂的内涵、实施过程、效果等方面进行了研究,提出了加强和改进＂三跨模式＂的具体措施。

The＂three spanning＂mode is an innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training mode constructed by the management school in Yang-En University under the guidance of the national innovation and entrepreneurship policy,in accordance with the principle of ＂acting according to local conditions,planning scientifically ＂. This article studies the connotation,implementation process and effect of the ＂three spanning＂mode,and puts forward specific measures to strengthen and improve the ＂three spanning＂mode.
