民办高校共青团思想引领教育的思考与探索——以仰恩大学为例

Reflection and Exploration on Communist Youth League Thoughts’ Guiding Role to Education in Private Universities——A Case Study of Yang-En University

近年来,意识形态领域斗争的日趋激烈,基层团组织建设薄弱、学生团员意识不强是民办高校共青团工作普遍存在的问题,以＂社会主义核心价值观＂为主要内容的思想引领教育显得尤为重要。近三年来,仰恩大学团委逐步构建团的思想引领教育体系,将团的组织建设与思想引领教育同步推进。

In recent years,the struggle of ideology has become increasingly fierce. The construction of the grassroots league organizations is not enough,and the student league members＇ awareness is not strong,which are the common problems existing in Communist Youth League＇s work. It is very important to guide education with thoughts whose main contents are socialist core values. In the past three years,Yang-En University＇s youth league committee have gradually set up an education system guided by thoughts to promote both the organizational construction of youth league and its education guided by thoughts.
