Grass-roots Leaders’ Dilemma and Path Choice of “Good Governance”in China

在当代＂善治＂维度下,基层领导干部要实现＂善治＂：一是必须明析基层＂善治＂在中国的现状;二是找寻一个能支撑实现＂善治＂帕累托积累的阿基米德支点,摆脱政府越位、公民错位、法治缺位的困囿;三是实现基层领导干部＂善治＂理念、机制与能力的创新的路径选择。

Under the modern dimension of＂good governance＂,if the leaders of the grass-roots organizations want to realize it,they should make clear its current situation in China,solve these problems such as government＇ s offside,citizens＇ wrong positioning,failure in ruling by law and so on,and choose a creative path to improving the ＂good governance＂concepts,＂good governance＂system and ＂good governance＂ability of the leaders in grass-roots organizations.
