摘要
针对带有纯滞后的串级控制系统的缺点,提出了一种基于模型参数的继电反馈自整定方法.根据阻尼特性将被控对象分为两组,通过继电反馈实验得到PID参数整定的临界周期和临界增益,通过仿真实验对提出的方法进行了验证.仿真结果表明,在串级控制中基于模型的继电反馈方法比Z-N法具有较好的控制效果.
In this paper,a model-based relay feedback auto-tuning method for cascade control systems with time delay is proposed.According to the damping behavior,process is classified into two groups.The controller of each group is derived in terms of ultimate periods and ultimate gains in order to get the intermediate variable of PID parameters.The model structure which is derived by reducing the order of entirety of outer loop process,and then choose the proper control method by model-based rules.Finally,the simulation results indicate that the model-based relay feedback auto-tuning method is superior to the ATV in cascade control system.
