摘要
目的:探讨跟骨三种体位摄片不同组合方式、患者性别分布及年龄分布等因素对其骨折检出率的影响差异。方法:以我院2013年12月至2015年12月期间收治的38例(59足)跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,每足均行跟骨侧位、轴位及Broden位摄片,比较跟骨三种体位摄片不同组合方式对其骨折检出率的影响差异,并统计性别分布、年龄分布等因素对检出率的影响。结果:单独诊断检查时,Broden位检查的检出率为79.66%(47/59),明显高于侧位或轴位的66.10%(39/59)、67.80%(40/59);而组合诊断检查时,以侧位+轴位+Broden位的检出率最高,达96.61%(57/59),显著高于其他组合诊断方式,两组间差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,性别分布、年龄分布等因素对检出率的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多角度Broden位投照法应用于跟骨骨折诊断中,可显著提高其诊断检出率,其效果远远优于传统诊断方式,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the difference effect on the fracture detection rate in patients with different combination modes,sex distribution and age distribution of three kinds of postures radiography.Methods:Selected 38 cases( 59 feet) of calcaneal fracture patients in our hospital from december 2013 to December 2015 as the research object.Each foot were treated with calcaneal lateral,axial and Broden radiograph.Compared the differences affect of the fracture detection rate of three kinds of position radiography of different combination.And statisticed factors such as gender distribution and age distribution on the detection rate.Results:In separated the diagnostic examination,the examination rate of Broden detection was 79.66%( 47/59),significantly higher than the 66.10%( 39/59),67.80%( 40/59) of lateral or axial.And in combined diagnostic examination,the detection rate of lateral + axial + Broden was the highest up to 96.61%( 57/59),significantly higher than that of other combination diagnosis method which difference between two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.05).In addition,the factors such as sex distribution and age distribution have no significant influence on the detection rate( P〉0.05).Conclusions:Multi angle Broden projection method applied to the calcaneus fracture diagnosis can significantly improve the diagnosis rate.Its effect is far superior to the traditional diagnostic methods which should be introduced in clinical practice.
