产后胎盘植入的MRI表现分析

目的:分析产后胎盘植入的MRI表现,探讨MRI对产后胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析本院经临床综合诊断或病理证实的产后胎盘植入患者的MRI资料11例,本组患者均因产后胎盘未完全娩出行MRI平扫及增强扫描,分析产后胎盘植入的MRI信号特点并判断植入深度。结果:11例患者均表现子宫不同程度增大,胎盘信号不均匀,MRI表现为子宫肌层信号尚完整、子宫低信号结合带模糊、中断或不规则的2例,表现为低信号的子宫肌层内出现高信号的胎盘组织的8例,表现为子宫内外侧带低信号均消失、异常信号穿透子宫肌壁的1例。增强扫描11例均见胎盘明显不均匀强化,边缘强化明显,能显示深入子宫肌层的胎盘组织。结论:MRI平扫及增强扫描能很好的显示产后胎盘植入及肌层受累情况,对产后胎盘植入的诊断有重要价值。

Objective：To analyze the MRI findings of postpartum placenta accreta and to evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in postpartum placenta accreta.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the hospital by clinical diagnosis or pathology confirmed postpartum placental implant patients with MRI data in 11 cases,this group of patients were not due to postpartum placental incomplete delivery of MRI scan and enhanced scan,analysis of postpartum placenta accreta MRI signal characteristics and to determine the depth of implantation.Results：11 patients showed increased uterine degree,placental signal is not uniform,MRI showed myometrial signal is still complete,uterine low signal band with blurred,interrupted or irregular in 2 cases,the performance of low signal uterine muscle There were 8 cases of placental tissue with high signal in the layer,which showed that the low signal in the medial and lateral uterus disappeared and the abnormal signal penetrated 1 case of the uterine muscle wall.Enhanced scans in 11 cases were seen in the placenta was significantly uneven enhancement,margin enhancement significantly,can show the depth of the myometrial placental tissue.Conclusion：MRI plain scan and enhanced scan can show the postoperative placenta accreta and muscular involvement,which is of great value in the diagnosis of postpartum placenta accreta.
