一种基于间断性充电的电动汽车有序充电策略研究

摘要 目前很多小区的变压器不能满足更多电动汽车的充电需求。文中提出一种在不增加小区已有充电容量的前提下,满足较大规模家用电动汽车有序充电的控制方法。该方法在小区基础负荷和私家车出行习惯的基础上,通过控制电动汽车充电过程的间断性,在满足电动汽车低谷时段充电的同时,尽可能保证总负荷的平坦。以小区配电网为例,采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟用户行为习惯,仿真和分析了电动汽车在无序充电、连续性充电和间断性充电等3种充电模式下配电变压器的负载情况。结果表明,电动汽车间断性充电能显著地减小峰谷差率,不会产生新的负荷尖峰,适用于实际应用。 At present,the transformers in many areas cannot meet the demand for more electric vehicles.In this paper,it was proposed to control the ordered charging of a large scale home electric vehicle without increasing the existing charging capacity of the cell.Based on the basic load in residential area and the travel habits of private cars,this method controlled the flatness of the total load while controlling the intermittency of the charging process of electric vehicles while satisfying the charging of electric vehicles in low trough period.Taking the community distribution network as an example,Monte Carlo simulation was used to simulate user behavior habits.The load of distribution transformer under 3 modes of disordered charging,continuous charging and discontinuous charging was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the discontinuous charging of electric vehicles can significantly reduce the peak and valley difference,and would not produce a new load peak,which was suitable for practical applications.
