摘要
文中通过对传统组装焊接工艺的分析,论述了通孔回流焊接工艺是对传统组装焊接不足之处的填补,适合于高密度、细间距元件焊接,克服了插装元件在波峰焊接或手工焊接中成本较高、效率较低、可靠性不高等问题。通孔回流焊接是部分无法进行常规焊接产品的一种新工艺、新技术。
Through the analysis of the traditional assembly and welding process,the use of through hole reflow welding is the filling of the shortcomings of the traditional assembly and welding.This technology is suitable for welding of high density and fine pitch components.It can overcome the problems of cartridge components in wave soldering or manual welding,such as high cost,low efficiency,low reliability,and even some products cannot be routinely welded.
