输电线路上绝缘子串风偏角的分布式监测 被引量:1

摘要 输电线路风偏事故发生频率高、危害大,输电线路各处的风偏角监测极为重要,对维护线路安全运行起到很重要的作用。本文以某实验线路为例,首先用分布式测风算法测的输电线路各档距的风速,再用杆塔前后两档距风速平均作为靠近绝缘子处导线风速,用此风速及导线和绝缘子相关参数计算各绝缘子串风偏角,最后得到全线绝缘子串的风偏角分布。结果显示,该算法计算的绝缘子风偏角能够很好反映实际线路中风偏角的变化,实时监测输电线路全线各绝缘子串风偏角的分布状况,为指导线路故障排查、隐患排查提供了简单可靠的技术手段。 The wind deflection accident of transmission line is of high frequency and great harm.Monitoring of the wind deflection is very important,which plays a very important role in maintaining the safe operation of the transmission line.Based on one experimental line for example,firstly the wind speed was measured by using distributed wind algorithm,then the average wind speed between the before and after of the tower was taken as wire wind speed near the insulator.The wind deflection angle of each insulator is calculated with the parameters related to the wind speed,wire and insulator,and the distribution of the wind deflection angle of the whole insulator string was obtained.The results showed that the wind angle of insulator which calculated by this algorithm can well reflect the change of the actual line stroke angle,monitor the distribution of the wind deflections of all the insulator strings on the whole transmission line,which provided a simple and reliable technical means for guiding the line troubleshooting and hidden trouble investigation.
