输电项目风险管理的控制措施

Control Measures for Risk Management of Transmission Project

输电项目涉及到多个方面,还会受到多个因素的影响,建设过程难度较大。因此,在输电项目建设的过程中,必须采用相应的风险管理,才能减少外来因素对整个施工的影响,保证满足其质量要求。文中从输电工程项目风险因素入手,分析了输电工程项目风险评估与评价,研究了输电项目风险控制措施。

The transmission project involves many aspects,and it will be affected by many factors,so the construction process is difficult.Because of the characteristics of transmission projects,we must adopt corresponding risk management in the process of transmission project construction,so as to reduce the influence of external factors on the whole construction and ensure the construction of transmission lines to meet the quality requirements.In this paper,from the risk factors of transmission project,the risk assessment and evaluation of transmission project were analyzed,and the risk control measures of transmission project were studied.
