沉船打捞带缓冲补偿的液压同步提升系统研究 被引量:8

摘要 受空间、环境和沉船吨位大的限制,浮筒抬浮打捞和浮吊打捞等传统工艺已经无法满足大吨位沉船打捞的需求.为了突破这一施工技术的瓶颈,提出了一种适用于大吨位沉船打捞的液压同步提升系统,实现了大吨位沉船的整体打捞.此外,针对沉船打捞过程中,抬浮驳船受波浪上下起伏影响而导致打捞载荷不稳定的现象,提出了一种配套使用的缓冲补偿系统,实现了打捞载荷的均衡,并减少了摇晃振动.同时,为了监视和调整水下沉船的姿态,又设计了一套托梁水平监测系统.最终,所提出的液压同步提升系统成功应用于韩国客轮"世越号"沉船整体打捞工程中,证明了所提方法的有效性与可行性. Due to the limitations of a large load,space and environment,the traditional methods,such as raising with salvage pontoons and lifting with floating crane,already can't meet the current demand of large-tonnage shipwreck salvage.In order to break through the bottleneck,a hydraulic synchronous lifting system is designed for shipwreck salvage,achieving the whole body salvage.Owing to the effect of floating up and down caused by ocean wave,a heave compensation system is designed to uniform the salvage load and reduce the vibration.What's more,ajoist levelness monitoring system is also designed to monitor and guide to adjust the attitude of shipwreck underwater.Finally,the proposed method was applied successfully in salvage engineering of Korea RoPax ferry SEWOL,proving its effectiveness and feasibility.
