摘要
工程长货箱自卸车副车架存在结构设计不合理、浪费材料、强度不均的问题,以前举升式自卸汽车货箱内7.2m副车架为研究对象,采用等强度设计法与有限元分析法相结合.首先使用前处理器软件HyperMesh建立副车架模型;其次用求解器软件MSC.Nastran模拟计算;最后用后处理器软件HyperView进行有限元强度、刚度、模态分析.结构优化后,副车架的横梁和内衬梁材料由A610L改成Q345,整车质量减轻142.6kg,整车及零部件的整体强度和刚度提高,弯曲刚度降低3.2%,扭转刚度降低6.1%.
The vice frame of engineering dump truck has unreasonable structure design,waste material and uneven strength.This paper used a 7.2 m sub-frame of the front lifting dump truck as the research object,combine strength design method and the finite element analysis method.Firstly,the sub-frame model is set up by commercial software HyperMesh,and then use solver software MSC.Nastran simula-tion,finally,the post processing software HyperView is subjected to finite element strength,stiffness,and modal analysis.After the optimization of the structure,change cross member and lining beamof sub-frame from A610 L to Q345,the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced by 142.6 kg.The overall strength and stiffness of the vehicle and its components are improved.The bending stiffness is reduced by 3.2%,6.1% reduction in torsional rigidity.
