摘要
为更准确地分析挖掘机工作装置结构动态强度,对挖掘过程中由结构变形、转动惯性、复合动作挖掘等产生的作业动态特性进行了分析,建立了综合考虑这些动态特性的工作装置刚柔耦合多体动力学模型.利用ADAMS和ANSYS对动臂和斗杆进行了结构强度的瞬态分析,应力分析结果与利用应变花进行实际测试,应力值之间的误差小于10%.说明综合考虑作业动态特性的瞬态分析结果,能够反映实际挖掘过程中的应力变化情况,从而为工作装置的结构设计和优化提供有效的参考依据.
The dynamic working characteristics caused by the structural deformation,rotation inertia and compound action of a hydraulic excavator during its excavating process are analyzed to obtain a more accurate analysis of the working device's structure dynamic strength.A rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model of the working device is established to consider these dynamic characteristics comprehensively.The structure stress of the boom and arm is obtained through the transient analysis in ADAMS and ANSYS,and the stress error is less than 10%compared with the actual testing value obtained with strain rosette.Therefore the transient analysis result that considers the dynamic working characteristics can reflect the actual stress change of the working device during the excavating process,thereby provide the effective references to the structural design and optimization of the working device.
