胰腺肿瘤的多学科诊疗模式

Multidisciplinary management of pancreatic neoplasms

胰腺肿瘤发病隐匿、解剖复杂，诊治较为困难。随着医学的发展，多学科诊疗模式（muhidisci-plinaryteam，MDT）逐渐成为胰腺肿瘤诊治的重要方式。本文从MDT的概念出发，通过总结MDT在国内外的发展历史。探讨MDT在胰腺肿瘤诊治中的重要价值，分享MDT的具体实施经验，以期进一步提高我国胰腺肿瘤的多学科诊疗水平，改善我国胰腺肿瘤患者的预后。

Pancreatic neoplasms have characteristics of indiscoverable growth and complex anatomy, which lead to difficulties of diagnosis and treatment. With the development of medicine, muhidisciplinary team has become increasingly prevalent in the management of pancreatic neoplasms. In the paper, the definition of muhidisciplinary team, domestic and international development of multidisciplinary management, the value of muhidisciplinary management in pancreatic neoplasms, and our experiences of muhidisciplinary management are discussed to further improve the level of muhidisciplinary management and prognosis of patients with pancreatic neoplasms in China.
