摘要
构建了一个基于Matlab GUI人机交互良好的CCD激光损伤仿真平台,成功实现了在不同条件下对CCD激光损伤的仿真,并且能够灵活设置激光器关键参数以及出射激光辐射作用距离,对不同条件下所得仿真结果进行对比分析。此CCD激光损伤仿真平台得出的仿真结果形象直观,为设计人员优化设计光电对抗中的激光器及进行激光毁伤评估提供了新的手段。
Based on Matlab GUI,a simulation platform of laser destruction for CCD with a good human-computer interaction was built successfully. This simulation platform could run simulations of the laser destruction for CCD under different conditions and analyze the simulation results by setting laser structure parameters and the range of laser radiation flexibly. The simulation results of the simulation platform are visualized. By making the physical change process of the laser damage for CCD intuitionistic,a new method is provided for the study on laser destruction and damage assessment in optoelectronic countermeasures.
