摘要
采用共沉淀法,以聚乙二醇为分散剂,制备Yb:Y_3Sc_2Al_3O_(12)陶瓷粉体。通过X射线衍射和SEM测试分析,研究不同pH、沉淀干燥时间对粉体制备的影响,得到粉体的最佳制备工艺为:煅烧温度1000℃,pH值为7,煅烧时间2h,干燥时间21h,陶瓷粉体平均粒径约为100nm。采用冷等静压-真空烧结技术,在1750℃烧结20h和在1450℃退火20h得到Yb:Y3Sc2Al3O12透明陶瓷。制备的陶瓷样品尺寸为?10mm×lmm,晶粒的平均粒径为10μm,平均透过率为43%,入射光波长为1100nm时,陶瓷样品的透过率为50%。
Yb:Y3Sc2Al3O(12) laser ceramic powders were synthesized by co-precipitation method using polyethylene glycol as dispersing agent. The effects of different p H and sedimentation drying time on the preparation of powder were studied by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum preparation conditions for powders were as follows:calcination temperature was 1000℃,p H=7,calcination time was 2 hours,sedimentation drying time was 21 h and a grain size of about 100 nm.Yb:Y3 Sc2 Al3 O12 transparent ceramic was obtained by cold isostatic pressing vacuum sintering at 1750℃ for 20 h and annealing at 1400℃ for 20 h. The size of ceramic sample was ? 10 mm×lmm,a grain size of about 10μm,with the average transmittance of43%. When the wavelength of the incident light was 1100 nm,the transmittance of the ceramic sample was 50%.
