摘要
本文介绍了当前我国智能电表的发展需求,用电负荷管理需求,分析了IR46标准对电能表的要求,借鉴国外高端表计设计理念,设计出符合我国国情又有技术水准的IR46的智能电表,实现法制计量功能与非计量功能相互独立,非计量功能出现故障可以在线升级,且不影响计量部分的准确性和稳定性。此方案能够缩短开发周期,减少开发成本,满足当前国际发展需求和未来多表集采的发展要求,为我国智能电表开拓国际市场提供更为广阔的市场空间,具有中国特色的智能电表。
This paper introduces the current demand of smart meter in China and the demand of electricity load management, analyzes the requirements of IR46 standard on the smart meter, draws on the design concept of foreign high- level meter design, and designs the smart meter based on IR46 in line with our national conditions and technical level, to achieve the legal metering function and non-metering function independent of each other,non-measurement function failure can be upgraded online, and does not affect the accuracy and stability of the measurement part. This scheme can shorten the development cycle, reduce the development cost and meet the current international development needs and future development requirements of multi-meter collection, for smart meters of China to explore the international market and to provide a broader market space.
