Structure Design and Application of FLEXI Automatic Gel Permeation Chromatography System

本文基于凝胶渗透色谱技术，自主成功研制了FLEXI全自动凝胶净化系统。该系统主要由自动移液模块，凝胶净化模块，检测模块以及软件控制四部分组成，具有液位跟踪、内外针清洗、溶剂监视、喷淋清洗、馏分收集等功能，可使用标准尺寸和EPA（Environmental Protection Agency）要求尺寸的凝胶净化色谱柱，并且兼容不锈钢凝胶柱。FELXI全自动凝胶渗透色谱仪可用于环境监测、农药残留、食品添加剂、司法检测等分析领域的食品、血液、中药、水样、土壤等基质提取液中痕量有机物的净化。

Based on the gel permeation chromatography technology, FLEXI gel permeation chromatography system is successfully developed by independent innovation. This system is consisted of four parts that include automatic pipetting module, the gel purification module, the detection module, the operating software. FLEXI possesses the functions of liquid level tracking, inside and outside probe washing, the solvent monitoring, spray cleaning, fraction collection. FELXI can use the gel column of the standard size and EPA（Environmental Protection Agency）required size, and compatible with stainless steel gel column. FLEXI automatic gel permeation chromatography system is mainly used for purification of organic matter in food, traditional Chinese medicine, blood, water samples and soil matrix. It can be applied to the area of environmental monitoring, pesticide residue, food additives, judicial inspection.
