丙烯原料中硫化物的优化测定

摘要 丙烯原料中硫化物杂质是降低聚丙烯生产催化剂活性的一个重要因素,为了有效脱除硫化物杂质,必须掌握丙烯原料中硫化物的结构和含量。通过三因素三水平正交试验,来确定丙烯原料中硫化物分析的最佳柱温条件。利用标准气体分析和文献经验数据,来确定各个硫化物的结构,得到了丙烯原料中硫化物优化分析条件下的14个硫化物的定性数据库。外标法定量,采用羰基硫外标气体确定硫定量响应因子,硫化物中硫分析相对标准偏差小于5%,最低检测浓度可达25×10^-9V/V,该分析方法简便、快迷、灵敏、精确。该分析方法应用于九江分公司聚丙烯生产的丙烯原料脱硫监控分析,取得了令人满意的结果。 Sulfide impurity in propylene feedstock is an important factor to decrease catalyst activity in polypropylene production. In order to effectively remove sulfide impurities, the structure and content of sulfides in propylene feedstock must be mastered. Three factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were used to determine the optimum column temperature conditions for the analysis of sulfide in propylene feedstock. Using standard gas analysis and literature empirical data to determine the structure of each sulfide, a qualitative database of 14 sulfides in propylene feedstock was obtained under the optimal condition of sulfide analysis. Quantitative analysis was carried by external standard method and determination of sulfur quantitative response factor was carried by using carbonyl sulfide standard gas. The relative standard deviation of sulfur analysis in sulfide was less than 5% and the lowest detection concentration can be as low as 25×10^-9 V/V. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. The analytical method is applied to the monitoring of propylene feedstock desulfurization in polypropylene production of Jiujiang branch and satisfactory results are obtained.
