电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍基合金Inconel 625中钼铌铜锰钛铝铁 被引量:1

摘要 采用浓盐酸、滴加硝酸,硫磷酸冒烟溶解镍基合金Inconel625样品;采用镍铬基体匹配滴加待测元素标准溶液方式制作校准曲线,测定过程采用内标法,实现了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定镍基合金inconel625中高钼、高铌和铜、锰、钛、铝和铁等元素的测定。在仪器工作条件下,各元素校准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.9995。采用实验方法对镍基合金Inconel62.5中的钼、铌、铜、锰、钛、铝和铁含量进行测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.70%~5.87%之间,测定结果与国家标准化学分析方法的测定结果一致。 The sample of nickel-based alloy was dissolved by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid mixed acid and dropping in hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid smoking; The calibration curve was produced by using standard sample (and control sample), determination process by internal standard method, to achieve the accurate determination of high molybdenum, high niobium and copper, manganese, titanium, aluminum and iron elements. The linear relationship is good, the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9995. The experimental method of nickel-based alloy Inconel 625 in seven kinds of elements to be determined were measured. The relative standard deviation (n=l 1) of results is between the 0.70%-3.87%. The results are consistent with the results of chemical analysis.
