摘要
建立伏安极谱法同时测定海水中铜、镉、铅、锌的方法。方法:海水于-1.15V恒压电解,通过标准加入法对海水中铜、镉、铅、锌进行定量。结果:方法检出限为0.06—0.99μg/L,定量限为0.50—10.00μg/L,回收率为80.40—105.8%。方法具有灵敏度高、抗干扰性能强、操作简便等特点,并且满足海水中铜、镉、铅、锌的监测分析要求。
A method for determination of copper, cadmium, lead and zinc in seawater was established. Methods: the seawater was electrolyzed by -1.15V constant pressure, and the copper, cadmium, lead and zinc in seawater were quantified by standard addition method. Results: the detection limit of the method was 0.06-0.99, g/L, and the quantitative limit was 0.50-10.00, and the recovery rate was 80.40-105.8%. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong anti-interference performance and simple operation, and meets the requirements of monitoring and analysis of copper, cadmium, lead and zinc in seawater,
