摘要
目的提出一种基于触屏手机的新型浮窗式表单出错提示方式,优化用户表单出错修正过程。方法本研究采用实验室研究的方法,研究不同表单出错提示方式对用户操作绩效及主观满意度的影响。结果1)用户使用新型浮窗式提示完成修正时间显著低于传统嵌入式提示,并且随着出错项数增加,优势更加明显。2)浮窗式出错信息提示下的用户愉悦度、警觉性与控制感都高于传统嵌入式提示。结论新型浮窗式出错提示方式可以提升用户修正出错表单的绩效,并且提高用户满意度。
Objective The research aimed to propose a new floating window of error messages for web forms in touch - screen mobile phone, and optimize the usability of web form error revising. Methods The study employed an error revise task and the SAM scale test to verify the advantage of the floating window of error messages in performance and satisfaction. Results ( 1 ) The floating window of error messages reduced operating time significantly, and the benefit became larger as the number of errors increased. (2) The results of the SAM scale test showed that users felt more pleasure, arousal and dominance when using the floating window of error messages. Condusion It revealed that the efficiency and satisfaction of error revising can be improved by using the floating window of error messages.
